2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all information, including product colors, materials, and details, is entirely accurate. Minor discrepancies may occur due to screen resolutions or supplier information.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. Once an order is placed, the total amount, including shipping (if applicable), will be charged.
4. Orders and Cancellations
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, even after the order confirmation has been sent. If payment has already been processed for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.
4.2 Order Cancellation by Customers
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it immediately goes into processing to ensure timely delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Domestic Shipping
We provide shipping across India. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight. Any additional duties or taxes required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3 Tracking
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner’s website.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
6.1 Timeframe for Returns
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive an incorrect, defective or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
Additionally, a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the issue is required. Without this or if submitted late, the request won’t be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at help@modashoppe.in. Once approved, instructions for the return process will be provided.
6.2 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for size or fit issues and strictly within the same style originally purchased.
If you ordered the correct size but face fit issues, we’re happy to offer a size exchange for the same item — a small exchange fee may apply.
Please note, exchanges are not allowed for reasons like simply not wanting the product anymore or wanting to choose something else instead.
6.3 Reverse Pickup Process
We do not offer free reverse pickups — customers are required to cover the courier cost for returns or exchanges.
In case of a refund, the following charges will apply: ₹49 will be deducted for COD orders, and a 3% processing fee will be deducted for prepaid orders.
6.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of DRIP by Moda. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content without our prior consent is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating the rights of others, introducing harmful software, or disrupting the website’s functionality. Any misuse may result in restriction of access.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
DRIP by Moda is not liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
